DENTAL/VISION

Dental & Vision

Both our dental and visual health are crucial to our general wellness.

Diabetic, hypertensive, and high-cholesterol states may all be recognized with an early eye exam.

More than 90% of all common illnesses have mouth symptoms, so having regular dental examinations is important. But the value of excellent oral health extends beyond diagnosis; studies by the Guardian and other independent researchers demonstrate that it may help individuals prevent or better manage significant health conditions.

Dental Coverage

Most people would rather stay home than see the dentist.

If you rack up a hefty bill, though, your trip might take a serious turn for the worst

.

Like with health insurance, we seek for the plans that dental insurance providers don't actively promote to big employers.

When it comes to dental coverage, your plan will accommodate your lifestyle.

Vision Coverage

Adding vision coverage to a medical insurance plan is common practice.
Typical services covered by vision insurance include checkups, various forms of preventative care, office visits, and minor procedures.

Having a difficult procedure like Lasix? Let your adviser know so they can make sure your specialty insurance plan covers it.

Some Things To Consider:

01

Do you want preventative coverage?

02

Do you want low or no deductible coverage?

03

Do you visit a dentist for procedures beyond regular cleanings?

04

Do you want to keep your current dentist?

05

Do you visit an eye doctor for procedures beyond regular vision exams or check-ups?

06

Do you want to keep your current eye doctor?

Types of Dental Plans We Offer:

Dental PPO

Dental PPO plans allow you to visit any dentist, just like medical PPO coverage, however the dentists that are "in network" will often charge you less. There could be a copayment for visits, a deductible before the insurance starts paying for you, and a cap on how much the plan will pay for each year.

Dental HMO

Selecting a single doctor or dental practice to handle all of your dental care requirements is the norm. If you decide to see a different physician, you'll be liable for all associated fees. Monthly premiums for HMO insurance are often lower, and copayments are usually little or nonexistent.

Discount Plans

When you use a dental discount program, you pay less for services, but you have to pay the dentist or office directly for all visits and treatments. Since you pay directly for the services, there is no deductible or copayment.
